A cloud computing specialist is a highly skilled professional responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cloud-based systems that meet the needs of businesses.

  • This role requires someone with extensive experience in administering various cloud services, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Administer Azure IaaS, PaaS & SaaS services.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot infrastructure services such as virtual machines, databases, storage accounts, application gateways, load balancers, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), virtual networks, web application firewalls, and DevOps components.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure services and multiple cloud servers.
  • Deploy and manage Azure tenants, subscriptions, resources, resource groups, network security groups, etc.
  • Experience deploying and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Develop and deploy infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible.
  • Work with Azure Resource Manager Templates (ARM Templates) and have knowledge of multi-platform solutions and capabilities.
  • Maintain proficiency in containers, including orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with delivery engineering teams and conduct client-facing conversations.

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Azure.
  • Knowledge of Azure services used for backup and disaster recovery.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience with Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent infrastructure as code automation tools.
