Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of a Cloud Engineer, specializing in Apache Ray.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we embark on a journey to leverage the power of distributed computing using Apache Ray. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud architecture, with expertise in services such as AWS and GCP. They should be able to automate deployment and orchestration of services into the cloud environment, as well as troubleshoot customer concerns for ML Tuning and inference endpoints on Ray.

You will work closely with partner teams, including Engineering, QA, and program management, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement Scalable Cloud-Based Systems: Using your expertise in cloud architecture, design and implement scalable cloud-based systems that meet the needs of our customers.
  2. Automate Deployment and Orchestration: Automate deployment and orchestration of services into the cloud environment to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  3. Troubleshoot Customer Concerns: Troubleshoot customer concerns for ML Tuning and inference endpoints on Ray, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with partner teams, including Engineering, QA, and program management, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Cloud Architecture: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable cloud-based systems.
  • Expertise in Services such as AWS and GCP: In-depth knowledge of cloud services, including AWS and GCP, with expertise in automating deployment and orchestration.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail, to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance system performance and reliability.
