Cloud Infrastructure Professional

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in implementation, management and troubleshooting of AWS Technologies, ECS, EKS.

Additionally, proficiency in Operating Systems such as AWS Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux is required.

This role involves maintaining, managing and monitoring Cloud Infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be able to resolve IT infrastructure issues.

A proactive approach to handling project and supporting project implementation is also necessary.

The selected candidate must create high-quality technical documentation.

Out-of-hours work may be required if the schedule demands it.

On-boarding new Cloud technologies and challenging existing implementations in a professional and constructive manner is key to success.

The candidate will engage in Cloud security activities.

Adherence to ITSM/ITIL methodologies in day-to-day operations of IT Infrastructure is expected.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in AWS Cloud or in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Cloud security tools like Checkpoint, Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Detective is essential.
  • Candidate must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer) or equivalent.
Technical Skills:
  • Operating Systems: Red Hat, AWS Linux.
  • Build Tools/CI/Virtual/: AWS DevOps, Jenkins.
  • Containers Environment: Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS.
  • Cloud Technologies: Amazon Web Services.
  • Automation/Scripting Languages: Terraform, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python.
  • Databases: MySQL.
  • Others: Ansible *
Professional Certifications:
  • Candidate preferred to have the following certifications; AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA).
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer or related Linux certifications.
  • Relevant Cloud Security certificates.
