Job Title

Our company seeks a skilled and proactive support professional to ensure the smooth functioning, maintenance, and enhancement of our enterprise-grade applications.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the application lifecycle, managing upgrades, ensuring service-level agreements are met, and acting as a bridge between business users and technical teams.

  • Ensure business continuity of applications and related databases.
  • Monitor systems, handle routine issues, job failures, perform first-level triage.
  • Detailed troubleshooting, bug identification, environment support, workflow fixes.
  • Deep-dive technical analysis, architecture-level guidance, complex integrations.
  • Manage and support application deployments, version upgrades, and infrastructure components.
  • Provide production support, resolve issues, and meet defined service-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct workflow design and optimization using Appian BPM.
  • Troubleshoot and support templates and integrations.
  • Support integration components using APIGEE and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Analyze data and provide a resolution to business query on data.
  • Work closely with microservices architecture, understand DevOps pipelines.
  • Maintain traceability and transparency through tools such as JIRA.

  • Experience in banking domain is a strong advantage
