Technical Support Specialist - Automotive & Mobility

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues related to automotive and mobility solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using intermediate to advanced Excel skills and data analysis techniques
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall support quality
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide expert guidance to customers

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS technical support, customer operations, or similar project-focused roles
  • Intermediate understanding of technical systems, APIs, and SQL
  • Experience working with support ticketing systems such as Jira Service Desk; reporting and project configuration experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with customer invoicing, billing, or finance operations in a SaaS or B2B environment is preferred
