Job Description

We are seeking a skilled System Support Specialist to provide comprehensive production support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.

This role requires both financial systems expertise and technical troubleshooting capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems, providing timely solutions to users, and documenting resolution steps and knowledge base articles.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a solid understanding of Oracle/SQL Server database expertise and experience with data integration technologies such as Golden Gate and Datapipelines.
