We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Market Insight professional to drive sales initiatives and acquire a profound understanding of the tech learning product landscape.
Sales Counseling: Engage with professionals and recent graduates, guiding them towards impactful career upskilling through persuasive sales techniques.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire sales journey, from lead engagement to final program enrollment, ensuring targets are met while maintaining CRM integrity.
Strategic Sales Planning: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by working closely with cross-functional teams.
Feedback Loop: Bring forth market and consumer insights to refine our sales strategy and offerings.

Requirements- Freshers with strong intent to start their career in sales experience, preferably in ed-tech (preferred but not mandatory).

- An innate drive to learn, grow, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
Estimated salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum, based on performance and location. Work week: 6 days. Working hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Locations: Chennai & Bangalore (Office-based role). Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days are preferred.
