City Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking experienced professionals to serve as City Coordinators for our rooftop solar adoption program. The selected candidates will act as key coordinators for the program implementation at the city level, facilitating stakeholder engagement, adoption of rooftop solar systems, and local capacity building.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate among national, state, and city-level stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
  • Promote and facilitate rooftop solar adoption through community engagement, demand aggregation, and support to consumers and vendors.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and periodic updates for project stakeholders.
  • Organize and support city-level capacity building, IEC campaigns, and establish grievance redressal systems.
  • Collect feedback on policy and identify regulatory and operational bottlenecks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environment, Public Policy, Urban Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project implementation, stakeholder management, or renewable energy programs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred.
  • Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and policy briefs.
