Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager / Head Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving overall regional sales objectives by executing sales strategies in line with company policies.
- Monitor distributor performance and take proactive initiatives to increase sales and capture opportunities.
- Meet volume and value objectives of the assigned region within budget
- Plan, implement, and monitor all traditional sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Provide annual sales drive plans for the territory in collaboration with distributors.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners in the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with partners to strengthen the sales network.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales plans to enhance brand visibility and penetration.
- Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns in a timely manner.
- Work with partners to prepare proposals, quotations, and competitive pricing.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate monthly sales forecasting.
- Provide up-to-date product and enhancement information to channel partners.
- Submit timely reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Solar products, market, and sales strategies
- Experience in channel sales and partner management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to forecast and plan sales
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / MBA
- 2-7 years of sales experience in Solar/ Renewable Energy industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office
