**Job Summary**:
The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our solar energy solutions, promoting our products, and building relationships with potential clients. This role requires a motivated self-starter with a passion for renewable energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Development**: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial markets for solar energy solutions.
- **Lead Generation**: Prospect for new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.
- **Client Consultations**: Meet with potential customers to assess their energy needs and present tailored solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, services, industry trends, and government incentives to effectively address customer needs and objections.
- **Proposal & Quote Preparation**: Prepare customized quotes, proposals, and presentations that outline product offerings, benefits, and pricing details.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and pricing with potential clients to close deals while ensuring profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Pipeline Management**: Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
- **Post-Sales Support**: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth installation and integration of solar solutions for clients.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong knowledge of solar products, technology, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- Previous experience in solar sales or a similar energy-related field.
- Knowledge of local government incentives and rebates related to solar energy.
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and installation processes.
