Sales Executive – Hotel Rooms & Banquets

Location: Hotel Apollo Grand, GS Road, Christian Basti, Guwahati

Employment Type: Full-time

About Us:

Hotel Apollo Grand is one of Guwahati's leading business hotels known for its modern comfort, warm hospitality, and centrally located convenience. We're expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive room bookings and banquet/event sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and convert leads for room bookings (corporate, travel agents, walk-ins, and online platforms).
  • Drive banquet sales for weddings, corporate meetings, and social events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups, site visits, and promotional calls.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office, F&B, and Banquet teams for seamless guest experiences.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry (banquet/room sales preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese preferred.
  • Graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
