**Position Overview**:

Executive (Field sales and Marketing)
**Experience**: 1-4 Years (B2C Sales)
**Report to**: Manager
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's & Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2C sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct site visits to assess customers' solar energy needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales strategies.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Actively engage in sales activities and meet individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate Solar PV solutions.
- Achieving sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Providing after-sales support and assistance to customers.
- Coordinate with the installation team to ensure smooth and timely project execution
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or grievances they may have.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- Mentor and guide interns to support their development.
- Motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Two Wheeler must required with valid Driving license
Handle all necessary documentation for sales and client follow-ups
