Job Opportunity: City Anchor

We are seeking three dynamic professionals to serve as City Anchors, each based in one of the selected cities. The anchors will act as key coordinators for program implementation at the city level and facilitate stakeholder engagement, adoption of rooftop solar systems, and local capacity building.

  1. Coordinate Program Implementation: Coordinate among national, state, and city-level stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.
  2. Promote Rooftop Solar Adoption: Promote and facilitate rooftop solar adoption through community engagement, demand aggregation, and support to consumers and vendors.
  3. Develop MIS Reports: Develop and maintain dashboards, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and periodic updates for relevant authorities and partner agencies.
  4. Organize Capacity Building: Organize and support city-level capacity building, information education campaigns, and establish grievance redressal systems.
  5. Collect Feedback: Collect feedback on policies and identify regulatory and operational bottlenecks.
  6. Ensure Alignment: Maintain close coordination with the central team and ensure alignment with national guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy, Environment, Public Policy, Urban Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project implementation, stakeholder management, or renewable energy programs.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English preferred.
  • Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and policy briefs.
  • Ability to work independently in a city-based setup and engage with diverse stakeholders.
