Sales Manager Position Overview
Doka is expanding its presence in the Indian market. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales and profitability goals in the East India territory, focusing on the low to mid-rise real estate and commercial segment.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin targets.
- Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline capable of delivering the budget.
- Building and growing enduring and profitable customer relationships.
- Ensuring timely and smooth project delivery for customers.
- Collaborating with the engineering, finance, and operations teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a proven track record of driving business growth, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a driven and results-oriented professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application.
Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the construction supply industry.
- Experience in sales to mid-low rise residential and commercial segments in the construction supply industry.
- Strong sales management experience, including negotiation and closing.
- Strong network of channel partners and distributors operating in the construction industry.
- Experience in the Formwork industry is an added advantage.
- Proven knowledge and job site experience in the Indian construction market.
- Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Preferred Skills and Background
- Experience in generating sales for a premium product in an existing market that favors non-premium products.
- Basic understanding of the Construction industry, ability to read structural drawings, and effective communication.
