About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Growth Manager to join our team. As an Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling strategic partner relationships to drive joint business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a specific focus on the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to create scalable programs that drive co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation.
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Actively engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand our clients' reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of alliance programs, using data to derive insights, report on key metrics, and continuously improve GTM tactics.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within the B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
