We seek a motivated Business Developer to join our team in the exciting field of Performance Marketing or Affiliate Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Understand client goals, needs and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop customized performance marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate client requirements effectively to internal teams.
  • Monitor offer performance and report on key metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in any stream.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Minimum experience required 2-3 years in client servicing, account management or related role within performance marketing or affiliate marketing domain.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, affiliate marketing strategies and digital advertising channels.
