Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive for a full-time, mid-level position based in Gurugram. The role requires a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will possess expertise in paid social, Google Ads, and media planning. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for optimizing digital media campaigns to achieve impactful results for our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, with a demonstrated ability to enhance website and campaign performance for increased conversions.
  • Proficiency in campaign management, including planning, execution, and analysis to ensure effective delivery of client goals and objectives.
  • In-depth understanding of performance marketing strategies and techniques suitable for diverse business domains and target audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and data-driven insights, contributing to effective decision-making processes.
  • Expertise in paid social campaigns, with a track record of managing budgets and optimizing adverts for maximum reach and engagement. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven success using Google Ads to drive traffic and conversions, optimizing for cost-effective results and measurable ROI. (Mandatory skill)
