Now, we're on the lookout for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can help us take our clients' campaigns to the next level. Role Overview:We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid media initiatives across multiple digital platforms. You'll collaborate with creatives, strategists, and clients to develop performance campaigns that convert — whether it's for product sales, lead generation, or brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align media plans with campaign goals and target audiences

Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing, ensuring ROI and efficiency

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, and targeting strategies

Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and new tools

Manage pixel implementation, tracking setup (GA4, Meta Pixel), and attribution modeling

Support in creating performance marketing strategy presentations for client pitches and ongoing engagements

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in a creative agency or digital-first environment

Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn AdsStrong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel/SheetsFamiliarity with creative performance metrics and the ability to communicate insights with creative teams

Experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page strategy

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have:Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)Knowledge of SEO and organic content strategies

Experience with programmatic or influencer performance media
