Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Amazon Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth and sales through data-driven performance strategies across the Amazon ecosystem, along with other paid media channels as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day performance across Amazon Marketplace (Acos, RoAS, CTR, CPC, CVR)
  • Analyze keyword trends, perform competitor research, and identify new growth opportunities on Amazon
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, content, and design teams to optimize product listings and creatives
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, bidding strategies, and placements
  • Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are pacing towards target KPIs
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Explore new advertising opportunities within Amazon (DSP, Video Ads, etc.)
  • Optimize campaigns for mobile vs desktop behavior
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, policy changes, and best practices in Amazon Advertising and eCommerce

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, withhands-on with Amazon Ads
  • Proven track record of managing high-budget Amazon campaigns and delivering results
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Ads console, attribution models, and keyword targeting
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Sellics is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, creative, and sales teams
  • Google Ads/Facebook Ads experience is a bonus
