Job Overview

Prohed is seeking a Senior Executive in Performance Marketing to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time, mid-level position within our vibrant and innovative company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating successful marketing strategies through various digital channels, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Google Ads (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of campaign setup, management, and optimization.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads (Mandatory skill) to drive engagement and conversion through strategic social media planning.
  • Solid skills in media planning (Mandatory skill) for crafting integrated media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Experience with performance marketing to design, execute, and evaluate campaigns for optimal ROI.
  • Ability to manage paid social campaigns effectively, ensuring budgets are optimized across various platforms.
  • Strong campaign management skills, with a focus on analytical assessment and reporting of campaign performances.
  • Adept at gathering and analyzing market intelligence to help steer marketing decisions using industry-relevant data.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and understand their specific needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with company goals and client expectations.
  • Lead and execute PPC campaigns across Google and Facebook platforms to ensure robust digital presence and conversion rates.
