
Fintech Growth Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the growth and expansion of our fintech SaaS product in the US market.
You will leverage your expertise in strategic planning and tactical execution to drive demand, build strong partnerships, and foster a loyal community of users.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.
- Drive traction through community-led distribution tactics, including Reddit, Twitter, Discord groups, startup forums, affiliate networks, and fintech communities.
- Build and scale referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption and retention.
- Establish strategic partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
- Design and run tactical growth experiments, including landing page funnels, waitlist gamification, and incentive programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field. MBA or Master's in Marketing/Business (preferred).
- 5–8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products, particularly in the US market.
- Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS (fintech strongly preferred) from the ground up, with hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
