Job Opportunity for Telecaller

We are seeking skilled and results-driven individuals to fill the role of Freelance Telecallers.

The key responsibility involves making outbound calls to potential customers for financial product sales, including business loans, personal loans, home loans, and mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make phone calls to prospects for loan products, explain the benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and forward qualified leads to the sales/loan processing team.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, lead status updates, and follow-up records.
  • Achieve assigned targets for calls, leads, and loan disbursements.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or financial product sales is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English/Hindi/Regional languages are essential.
  • Familiarity with loan products, banking, or financial services is an added advantage.
  • A reliable mobile phone, internet connection, and calling setup (SIM/VOIP) are necessary.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
