Job Title: Freelance Oracle SOA Consultant

Seeking a skilled Freelance Oracle SOA Consultant to deliver technical solutions and support integration needs in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle SOA Suite integrations and EBS ISG Web Services.
  • Deliver synchronous, asynchronous, and bulk (batch posting) integrations using JSON/XML-based solutions.
  • Perform independent testing of integrations using SOAP/REST and structured methodologies.
  • Develop and customize RICE components using PL/SQL, APIs, and Unix shell scripts.
  • Work on Oracle HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, Performance Management, Talent Management, OLMS, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Fast Formulas, Loans, Advanced Benefits.
  • Build and maintain interfaces integrating EBS HRMS with third-party systems, ensuring protocol compliance (SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP).
  • Support data migration activities ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration/technical issues independently with minimal support.
Required Skills:

7+ years of technical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite with strong HRMS focus.

Proven expertise in Oracle SOA Suite and EBS ISG Web Services.

Strong hands-on skills in PL/SQL, APIs, RICE components, and Advanced SQL/PLSQL.

Extensive experience with integration protocols (SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, FTP, SFTP).

Familiarity with HRMS data structures and backend navigation.

Expertise in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing for interfaces.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with functional teams in a freelance/remote setup.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of performance tuning for integrations.

Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

Experience with cloud integrations (Fusion HR/Payroll, SaaS systems).
