Expert Oracle C2M Delivery Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle C2M expert to drive the delivery of large-scale utility implementations. This role requires deep knowledge of the Oracle Utilities C2M suite and its key components, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration with MWM or external FSM platforms, and Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) for head-end system integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement efficient meter-to-cash processes, including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Leverage expertise in Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations to deliver high-quality solutions.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT is essential.
  • Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture is also required.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques is also important.
Leadership and Communication Skills
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise utility architecture design, technical documentation, and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations is essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are also required, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops.
  • Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery is also crucial.
