**Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Demantra Consultant to lead our team in delivering end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules.

  • The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra, including Demand Management, Predictive Trade Planning, and Deductions & Settlement Management (DSM).
  • They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • The consultant will design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  • Expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications is a must.
  • Developing and executing data extraction queries, managing Demantra tables, and ensuring data integrity are key responsibilities.
  • Supporting integration with Oracle VCP (Value Chain Planning) and other ERP modules is also required.
  • Conducting training sessions and creating user documentation for business stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
  • Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization.
  • Develop and execute data extraction queries.
  • Manage Demantra tables and ensure data integrity.
  • Support integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze interface and technical issues.
  • Capability to debug issues and provide solutions.
  • Ability to design, develop, and deliver enhancements.
  • Ability to coordinate with Oracle and Business for SRs.
  • Ability to perform impact analysis.
  • Ability to detail solution design.
  • Ability to do unit testing and integration testing.
  • Ability to support UAT.
  • Ability to append documentation for requirement gatherings, use cases, and test scripts.
  • Ability to hand over to production support.
  • Ability to help production support for identifying repetitive issues and proposing solutions for permanent fixes.
