Job Title: Business Development Representative

About the Role:

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. You will be responsible for managing a strong sales pipeline by collaborating with colleagues and tracking leads. Your duties will include conducting initial qualification of leads to assess their needs and potential, understanding client requirements to align them with suitable solutions, and developing and implementing client engagement programs to maintain interest and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough assessments of leads to gauge their potential and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Client Engagement: Foster and nurture client relationships through targeted outreach and tailored support.
  • Sales Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in CRM systems.
  • Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, and gain in-depth knowledge of our insurance products and solutions.
