Job Title: Program Coordinator

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Projects: Develop project work plans, schedules, milestones and regular updates to stakeholders.
  2. Ensure Compliance: Contract scope, safety standards, budget controls and quality requirements are met.
  3. Coordinate with Site Supervisors: Monitor on-site progress and address field issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain Accurate Project Documentation: Utilize construction management software to track project details.
  5. Handle Project Administration: Submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, change orders and closeout packages are managed efficiently.
  6. Prepare Cost Estimates: Bid packages and tender submissions for ICI projects are prepared thoroughly.
  7. Issue and Manage Purchase Orders: Subcontractors and suppliers are communicated with effectively.
  8. Track Subcontractor Invoices: Prepare project billing and progress claims promptly.
  9. Maintain Strict Budget Control: Identify cost-effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle to minimize expenses.
  10. Represent Company: Project meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders are facilitated professionally.
  11. Build Relationships: Proactive communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors is essential for successful project delivery.
  12. Address Project Challenges: Conflicts are addressed promptly to avoid delays and ensure project completion within timelines.
