
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, ensuring high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) channels.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Korean (spoken & written)
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or BPO
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Good typing speed and proficiency in handling email, chat, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
