Strategic Programmatic Ads Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Programmatic Ads Planner.

About the Role

  • Plan and Execute Programmatic Campaigns: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across leading demand-side platforms (DSPs).
  • Conduct Audience Segmentation and Media Planning: You will conduct audience segmentation and media planning to ensure that our campaigns reach the right audiences and achieve their objectives.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance and Provide Actionable Recommendations: You will analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You will collaborate with analytics, creative, and strategy teams across time zones to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends: You will stay current with the latest trends in ad tech and data privacy to ensure that our campaigns remain effective and compliant.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in programmatic media planning.
  • DSP Proficiency: Proficient in at least one DSP (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • English Communication: Fluent in English communication.
  • Autonomy and Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently.
