Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive success across our product portfolios through data-driven strategies and high-performing campaigns.
About the Role- Develop and execute PPC strategies across multiple marketplaces to increase revenue and expand customer reach.
- Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Create, manage, and analyse ad campaigns to deliver business results and client satisfaction.
- Deliver detailed performance reports for internal and external communications.
- Collaborate with creative and brand management teams on high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated on Amazon Advertising policies, beta features, and best practices.
- 4+ years' hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads for large/enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record improving ROAS/ACoS, CTRs, and conversions.
- Strong grasp of advertising metrics, retail readiness, and ranking algorithms.
- Experience across UK/US and European Amazon marketplaces.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, keyword tools, and bulk operations.
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
