Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Human Resources leader to spearhead our organization's people strategy.
This high-impact role will see you working closely with the CEO to shape our culture, streamline systems, lead hiring, and ensure every team member thrives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment from campus drives to senior hires
- Developing and implementing performance, KRA, and incentive systems using Keka
- Managing payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals processes
- Designing training programs and shaping company culture
- Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters
- Collaborating with leadership to develop people strategy, structure, and scale initiatives
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR department
- Proven experience working with HRMS like Keka
- Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
- A strong belief in the importance of both systems and people
- Flexibility to work in Alwar or relocate
