Key Roles & Responsibilities
">- Strategic Partnership
Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming and identifying solutions to challenges. Work closely with the CBO to develop, execute and prioritise strategic initiatives aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
- Strategic Communication
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and reports to senior management, synthesising business metrics, trends, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis
Establish metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards organisational goals and objectives. Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth, providing actionable insights to the CBO and leadership team.
- Operational Efficiency and Project Management
Lead and support strategic projects and programmes within the CBO's portfolio, from conception to execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, partners, principals, and clients, to advance organisational goals and priorities. Act as a key liaison between the CBO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination of activities.
