  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead Music Programming Team:
      • Supervise a team of music curators, playlist editors, and content managers.
      • Foster close relationships with Music Acquisition, A&R, Marketing, Product, and Data teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      • Work closely with stakeholders to align music programming with business objectives.
      • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless integration of music content across platforms.
  • User & Market Insights:
    • Understand User Needs:
      • Analyze user behavior and preferences to inform music programming decisions.
      • Monitor data and analytics to optimize content performance.
    • Market Trends Analysis:
      • Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
      • Apply insights to develop targeted music programming strategies.
  • Campaigns & Discovery:
    • Thematic Campaigns:
      • Conceptualize and execute thematic campaigns to drive engagement and discovery.
      • Measure campaign success using relevant metrics and user feedback.
    • Playlist Development:
      • Design and implement playlists that cater to diverse user interests.
      • Continuously evaluate and refine playlist performance based on user engagement and feedback.
