Job Title: Music Curator

We are seeking a skilled Music Curator to join our team. As a Music Curator, you will be responsible for curating playlists that drive consumption and user engagement.

You will have a high-level understanding of the South Indian music ecosystem and be well-versed in all genres of music. Your role will involve content programming for the app, as well as content programming for CRM and User Acquisition.

Data analysis will also be an essential part of your role, as you will be required to identify trends and patterns to gain actionable insights. Additionally, you will need to stay updated with the latest pop culture trends.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work independently and make decisions based on data-driven insights. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Graduate degree or higher
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent knowledge of Kannada and other South languages
