Job Opportunity: Strategic Program Director

About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled Strategic Program Directors to lead cross-functional initiatives, leveraging their expertise in leadership, communication, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Direction: Lead program scope, timelines, and resources to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate collaboration and alignment between cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of communication and understanding.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact program success.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key program metrics, create dashboards and visualizations, and generate reports to monitor progress and measure success.
  • Quarterly Planning: Own and manage the end-to-end quarterly planning cycle, including feature list finalization, capacity planning, and grooming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of industry experience in program management.
  • Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups is essential.
  • Ability to quickly ramp up and learn new technologies with minimal lag time.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

  • PMP, PMI ACP, PfMP.
  • Scrum/ Kanban Methodology Certification - CSM, ACSM, CSP.
  • SAFe certification.
