Director of Channel Strategy

Our organization seeks an experienced leader to spearhead channel strategy, maximizing performance and fostering collaboration with content and creative teams to drive quantifiable results.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Implement A/B testing to refine creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
  • Ensure campaign alignment with organizational objectives through close collaboration.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing, a proven track record in scaling high-impact paid campaigns, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and reporting abilities.

This is a remote-first role offering a competitive hourly rate ($50-$75), fully remote work, and a small team that values creativity and results.
