Program Director Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead the execution of our EdTech initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee student batches from onboarding to completion, ensuring seamless progression and delivery of impactful outcomes.
  • Maintain tight schedules, milestones, and performance indicators to drive program success.
  • Foster strong relationships between students, mentors, and operational teams to deliver excellent experiences.
  • Engage students, track progress, and address any falls behind promptly to ensure optimal results.
  • Support mentors to deliver high-quality sessions and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Design and refine post-sales processes to enhance student journeys and overall program effectiveness.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS) regularly to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall program experiences and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in EdTech program management, specifically managing students, mentors, and operational processes.
  • A strong record of resolving operational challenges through structured solutions and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive collaboration and engagement.
  • Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools to translate insights into actions and drive business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to drive accountability across teams to achieve shared goals.
