Job Title: Mortgage Team Lead

About the Role:

  • Lead a high-performing team of mortgage professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as RESPA/TRID.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, loan officers, and lenders to deliver exceptional service.
  • Implement coaching and training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction in residential mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct day-to-day management, attendance, training, hiring, recruiting, and performance reviews for all team members.
  • Interface professionally with clients, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and lenders.
  • Elevate service levels for customers and ensure quality control of residential mortgage loans.
  • Monitor and oversee loan production pipeline and ensure KPI targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership in mortgage origination and correspondent experience.
  • Exceptional communication, supervision, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment skill.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of mortgage industry experience.
