  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist and lead group Strength and Conditioning sessions.
  • Lead Mobility and Recovery sessions (corrective exercise focus).

  • Support the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in implementing training blocks.
  • Ensure proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Must hold a recognized certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (Strength and Conditioning specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+.
  • Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
  • Strong understanding of corrective exercise techniques, injury-prevention strategies, and mobility training.
  • Ability to coach in a holistic, form-first approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for training individuals for performance-driven outcomes.
  • Team-player mindset — open to learning, collaborating, and working under a senior coach.
