We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as an Interior Designer – Interior Fit-out. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior fit-out solutions across India.

About the Role
  • You will conceptualise and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Your expertise will include preparing detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • You will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Materials, furniture, and finishes must be sourced in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • You will conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • You will prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Project timelines, budgets, and resources must be managed effectively for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations is crucial to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools is essential.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio is expected.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English) are necessary.
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs is required.
  • You must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations is vital.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
