Job Title: Performance Coach

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Performance Coach to join our team. As a Performance Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized training programs for clients to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customized training programs that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' fitness levels and progress, adjusting training plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  • Motivate and educate clients on effective exercise techniques, helping them stay committed to their health and fitness objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in fitness methodologies and integrate new techniques into training programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create comprehensive wellness solutions that address the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment during training sessions, emphasizing proper exercise techniques and encouraging clients to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • A recognized certification in personal training or a related field is essential.
  • Either freshers or experienced professionals are welcome to apply.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred but not necessary.
