As a remote AI engineer, you will have the opportunity to build and optimize AI models using efficient production-ready code. Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models.

You will work on building & optimizing AI models with efficient, production-ready code, evaluating performance by testing and ranking model outputs, fine-tuning models with datasets for SFT and RLHF, raising the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation, and innovating by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

Requirements
  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker.
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.
Bonus Points
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
