Machine Learning Engineer Position Overview

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power business-critical solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable machine learning systems, driving innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Machine Learning Models: Build regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning models using industry-leading tools.
  • Data Pipelines and Feature Engineering: Create efficient data pipelines and optimize feature engineering and training workflows for maximum performance.
  • Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models to production using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and monitor model performance to maintain production-ready systems.
  • API Development and Integration: Develop APIs and integrate machine learning solutions with enterprise applications to drive seamless interactions.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated on ML/AI trends and contribute innovative solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to align with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python; knowledge of Java/Scala/R is a plus.
  • Machine Learning Libraries/Frameworks: Expertise with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Data Tools: Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, Spark.
  • Deployment Experience: Experience with machine learning deployment (SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI, TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe).
  • Familiarity with Databases and Version Control: Familiarity with databases (SQL, MongoDB, Cassandra) and version control (Git).
  • DevOps/MLOps Understanding: Understanding of DevOps/MLOps practices.
  • Skillset: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
