Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, with expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AI/ML Models: Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI/ML models for computer vision, generative AI, audio processing, predictive analysis, and NLP applications.
  • Fine-Tune Open-Source LLMs: Fine-tune open-source large language models (LLMs) for Navy-specific tasks.
  • Data Preprocessing and Augmentation: Preprocess, label, and augment datasets for model training.
  • Model Deployment: Deploy models in production environments, ensuring they are modular, reusable, and deployable in resource-constrained environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 75% marks or 8.0 CGPA in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • Professional ML certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft, or NVIDIA.
  • Deep Learning Specialization.
  • Computer Vision or NLP specialization certificates.
Desirable Skills:
  • Programming languages: Python, R, Julia, C++.
  • Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Distributed training: Horovod, DeepSpeed, FairScale, PyTorch Lightning.
  • Hyperparameter tuning using Optuna, Ray Tune, or Weights & Biases.
