AI/ML Expert - Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML expert with strong software development background to join our team. As an AI/ML expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust Python applications with a focus on AI/ML solutions.

  • Create high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Python applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions.
  • Implement and optimize machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 12 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • A deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • A proven track record of delivering AI/ML-driven applications in production.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI.
  • Experience in building intelligent agents or AI-powered products.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams.
