Senior AI/ML Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to lead our Data Science & AI Competency Center.

As a senior AI/ML consultant, you will be responsible for driving the technical and engineering aspects of DS/ML/AI solutions. This includes developing high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Machine Learning models into production, design and deliver industrialized processing pipelines, and define and implement best practices for ML model life cycles and operations.

A strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and model efficiency metrics is essential.

Good knowledge of Cloud concepts and architectures, with working experience of selected cloud services (preferably GCP), is also required.

Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python is necessary. At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development is expected.

Prior experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks is highly valued.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environments
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Cloud teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
  • Design and deliver industrialized processing pipelines
  • Define and implement best practices for ML model life cycles and operations
  • Implement AI/MLOps frameworks and support Data Science teams in best practices
  • Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of ML/AI concepts, including types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, and model efficiency metrics
  • Good understanding of Cloud concepts and architectures, with working knowledge of selected cloud services (preferably GCP)
  • Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in production-ready code development
  • Practical experience with implementing ML solutions on GCP Vertex.AI and/or Databricks
  • Nice to Have Skills:
  • Practical experience with other programming languages: PySpark, Scala, R, Java
  • Practical experience with tools like AirFlow, ADF or Kubeflow
  • Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, and experience in working with selected tools (preferably GitHub Actions, GitLab or Azure DevOps)
