About Our Business Opportunity:
We seek a highly skilled Regional Key Accounts Sales Manager to drive beverage sales growth in the West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve national objectives.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the beverage category.
Market Expansion & Channel Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our distribution network.
- Appoint and manage channel partners to optimize performance.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of Beverage Sales Specialists and field executives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure successful execution of market activities.
Customer & Distributor Management:
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and HoReCa partners.
- Oversee distributor ROI, stock planning, order execution, and payment collections.
Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.
- Prepare regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in FMCG/Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven experience in channel management.
- Strong understanding of the beverage market dynamics in the region.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
