Job Title: Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in raising funds from banks, mutual funds, financial institutions, insurance companies, and corporates through issuance of various instruments.
  • Prepare CAM, bank proposals, IM, KID, and offer documents.
  • Maintain the standard treasury docket, ensuring it is updated regularly.
  • Handle queries of potential lenders and resolve them to their satisfaction.
  • Manage post-sanction requirements and closure of loan documentation.
  • Manage pre-disbursement and post-disbursement conditions imposed by lenders.
  • Liaise with internal departments for smooth and quick documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain the covenant tracker.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with credit rating agencies for data requirements.
  • Communicate with banks to ensure timely receipt of interest payments and submission of periodic reports.
  • Coordinate with external agencies for completion of due diligence processes.
  • Handle regular compliance requirements of banks, including submission of information, certifications, and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of treasury, banking, and NBFC sector practices.
  • Good understanding of debt raising, loan documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to independently handle lender queries and requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
