Fundraising Manager Position

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to lead all funding-related activities, developing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and investors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement tailored funding strategies that meet business needs.
  • Negotiate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding.
  • Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate funding proposals, assess financial viability, and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • A strong network with financial institutions and investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • An MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
