Debt Funding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Debt Funding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our funding department, you will be responsible for raising debt capital from lenders and financial institutions.

  • Raising Debt Capital: Drive the process of securing debt financing from banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and other financial institutions.
  • Investor and Lender Relations: Build and maintain relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to facilitate funding.
  • Structuring and Negotiation: Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Funding Strategies: Develop strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Risk Assessment: Collaborate with other teams to assess funding risks and mitigate exposure.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from lenders and NBFCs. They should possess a strong network of contacts within the industry and prior experience in structured finance or small finance banks is highly desirable.
